• Wrong color or style selected by the customer
• Preference issues (e.g. “I thought it would look different”)

 Refunds or exchanges will ONLY be considered if:

•  You receive a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
• The item is damaged or defective at the point of delivery

Conditions:

• All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
•  Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
• Proof (photos/videos) must be provided for verification

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
